A French, English-Speaking Attorney at Law in Bulgaria
Dr. Liliana Bakayoko is a Franco-Bulgarian lawyer and a Doctor of Law.
She has graduated from the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II, France), where she has earned a PhD with her thesis The Legal Commitment (L’engagement en droit). She also possesses a postgraduate qualification in Bulgarian Law from the Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski.
Liliana Bakayoko has practiced for four years as an attorney at law registered with the Paris Bar Association. In 2011 she has set up her own law firm in Bulgaria. She has been temporarily omitted from the Paris Bar Association ever since, as she is currently registered as a lawyer with the Sofia Bar Association. Presently, Liliana Bakayoko practices as an attorney at law both in Bulgaria and in France.
The law firm assists mainly French speaking, English speaking and Bulgarian clients, by combining a high level of professionalism with an essentially human-based approach and a deep knowledge of both French and Bulgarian cultures.
Liliana Bakayoko is bilingual in French and Bulgarian, and she is fluent in English. She has valuable experience gained in France as well as in Bulgaria: in addition to her practice as a lawyer, she has taught law both in French and English at universities in Paris, for ten years. She is the author of the book The Legal Commitment (Individuation and the Civil Code in the 21st Century) (L’engagement en droit (L’individuation et le Code civil au XXIème siècle), 445 p.), published in French by Éditions Publibook Université (Paris, France).
Thanks to its multicultural foundation, the law firm offers legal services that are particularly well suited to the needs of both foreign and local clients, by providing optimal and efficient legal solutions.
